Overall felt quality is good, soft/supple, smooth/clean, with good retention of color and graphics still bright/sharp, with little wear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, loose threads, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The pennant measures approx 17.5" x 7".
