    Description

    Very rare set of gold Grover 'reversible' star tuners, circa 1970, currently set up as 6-in-line with the ability to swap the tuning head to go from left-handed to right-handed, 3 x 3, etc. These were made in the USA to very high standards with the 'star' mark on the housing. From what I've been able to glean, likely a 12:1 gear ratio and mid-size. I've also seen them listed as stock tuners on the Gibson Reverse Firebird and a few other vintage instruments.
    Excellent shape with some wear as pictured; all bushings are present but mounting screws aren't included and two washers are missing.
