Vintage 1989 MISS USA PAGEANT OFFICIAL ENAMEL METAL LAPEL PINBACK.
Full color logo with gold color metal finish and outline.
Condition: Excellent. There may be some very minor surface wear areas if any.
On the back side there are some surface scratches.
I worked for the pageant organization and this was the logo used for the telecasts from the late 1980's through the mid 1990's.
Measures 1.25 inches wide by .75 inches in height.
Rare. Authentic. Original.
These were licensed by the pageant organization for production and official use.
These were official lapel pins used by the titleholders as well as pageant officials at appearances and special events throughout the US and during the production of the telecast pageant special.
There were about 2,000 total ever made.
They were never available for retail sale.
This logo was retired in the mid 1990's and these pins were no longer made.
Circular locking clasp to keep the single straight horizontal pin in place when worn.
This has been in storage since then.
It is not in its original plastic pouch or plastic box.
