Stunning TALBOTS Cotton/Model (eco friendly natural fiber) Knit Jacket - Size 8

Description

Classic beautifully tailored navy blue soft knit four self-covered button closure jacket/blazer that will go to work or over a dress for a nice dinner in a restaurant.   This is an excellent example of fine craftsmanship in designer clothing in the. The body of the jacket is made of 6 gores or panels that shape the jacket for a nice fit. The collar is slightly rounded and small. There is darting from a side seam that gives a bit of extra shaping. The bottom part of the jacket has a peplum that is exaggerated in the back by a bit of pleating for a more feminine cut and replaces the need for a vent.  The two side pockets are faux which helps the jacket lay smoothly on the hip.  The sleeves have notches so they can be worn down or folded for a little cuff.  It is fully lined.  All seams are expertly finished as you have come to expect from a fine design house like Talbots on a quality jacket.  The lining is perfect without holes or stains.
Measurements are taken from the outside of the garment so please leave a little wiggle room for the lining.  Measurements: 36” at the chest, 36" at the waist, and 23.5” in length from the shoulder.  The sleeves are 24.5" from the shoulder, uncuffed.
