Julio Olmedo (

), a young man of humble origins, comes to the idyllic Gran Hotel, located on the outskirts of a town called Cantaloa, to visit his sister Cristina (
Paula Prendes
) who works there as a plant manager.
There, Julio will discover that no one has heard from her for more than a month (after being expelled from the hotel for the alleged robbery of a client).
Julio decides to stay as a waiter and investigate her disappearance.
In this way, you will get to know the staff and establish a relationship with Alicia Alarcón (

), one of the daughters of Doña Teresa (
Adriana Ozores
), the owner of the hotel.
Alicia will help him in his investigations together with Andrés (

), a humble waiter who is the son of the hotel's governess (
