    Description

    Up for bids is a very old paperweight of "Perry's Memorial & Willow, Put In Bay, O". We always called it the cannonball pyramid in the park, and played on it. The photo in the paperweight is very faded (age).  The first posted photo shows how faded it is.  The second photo posted I enhanced the contrast on the same photo to give you a better look at the paperweight, but it is an enhanced photo.  The paperweight is 4" long x 2 5/8" wide x 5/8" thick.  It weighs 9.4 oz.  It is in good condition for its age - no chips or cracks.  I think this is fairly unique.  I've been around Put In Bay and Middle Bass for over 75 years and have seen a paperweight like this.
