At Nielsen's Billiards, we will try to get the cue as close as possible to the desired weight. Usually we can come within 1/10 of an ounce to the desired weight requests. Exact matches may not be possible, but we will try. We always try to do our best and keep our customers happy with prompt and courteous communication. Shipping items on the same or next business day is also a high priority as we know customers appreciate their item(s) as soon as possible. Our feedback is proof of our dedication to our customers. Return policy

within 30 days from the date that you received the item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
