Probably 1988 Model 13
"Probably 1988 Model 13" means it looks like the 1988 Model 13
based on a Joss Price List dated February 15, 1988 and
an undated Joss color foldout that I have.  I am
not saying it was made in 1988, just that it looks like the
Model 13 in the undated color foldout showing Models 1 through 24
which seems to match the 1988 Price List showing Models 1 through 24.
Based on my company records, the cue was purchased in the
early 1990's so I guessed it was made in the early 1990's
but could have been made in the 1980's.
