Heres some info for those that didn't know about Eden Products..
Eden Electronics, now known as Eden Amplification, is a bass amplification company that started in 1976 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and is internationally recognized as one of the premium brands in bass amplification, making everything from practice combo amps to incredible professional rigs! Everything Eden makes is high end stuff, and their designs are considered amongst the finest in the industry. All of their gear was designed and built, “in house”, including speakers, which makes them unique amongst amplifier companies!
Eden gear is used by a wide variety of professional musicians, from all musical styles. Lots of session guys and technical artists! Notable Eden users are Mike Rutherford from Genesis, Phil Lesh of the Grateful Dead, and Mike Gordon of Phish, amongst many others.
Eden was founded by David Nordschow, and they quickly started making custom bass rigs for touring professionals, as well as building speakers for numerous manufacturers, such as Ampeg, Mesa Boogie, and Randall, amongst others! Nordschow and his team partnered with SWR for a few years, designing, engineering, and manufacturing bass cabinets that were sold under the SWR brand. During this time, SWR developed a reputation for high quality, durable, great sounding gear, that was actually all made by the Eden team!
By the turn of the century, Eden had become known as a high quality, high price, manufacturer of professional grade bass gear! In 2001, Eden introduced the Nemesis series at a significantly lower price point, thus bringing Eden gear into the budget range of a lot more players. The Nemesis series was discontinued in 2010.
