SHIPPING
I do combine shipping and always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  Please understand that once a package exceeds 16oz, shipping costs can double or even triple.  I allow eBay to calculate shipping to achieve the lowest cost, rather than setting a flat rate.
RETURNS
All sales are final.  If an item is damaged during shipping or is not as described, I will work with you to replace it or refund your payment.  I am not responsible for manufacturer defects found inside items, but noticeable defects will be listed in the description and/or in pictures.  I strive for an excellent customer experience.  Please contact me with any questions or issues.
