Description

Pure luxury in a saddle pad!  The highest quality grade one Australian Merino Lambskin that is unbelievably soft & long lasting. Used by many top show riders this show numnah has a perfect discrete edge with a elasticated panel strap. The wool is a perfect depth cushioning the back without too much bulk and there is a cut away girth area allowing a nice snug fit. If the pad is two long vertically for your saddle it can easily be trimmed to fit the saddle panel (inner or outside panel) - the advantage of a real skin the wool it will not unwind! This version of the show numnah has a slight forward cut on the front edge to accomodate WH showing saddles. It is available in a number of different sizes so the perfect fit is made with most makes of saddles. Many people are now using this numnah with non showing GP saddles as an alternative to the more padded numnahs. Please note these are 100% natural skins and the top side (under saddle) will show variations in colour and texture. These are nothing to worry about and will not effect wear. Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush Rub human hair conditioner (ideally for dry hair) generously over lambskin areas Machine wash at 30° on a cool/wool cycle or hand wash Use LeMieux Wool Wash or non-bio powder or liquid  Air dry near heat source. Never tumble dry Avoid using strong fabric conditioners

Dispatch and Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK direct to your door in the USA.  They are delivered by either USPS or UPS.  We aim to ship all items with 24 - 72 hours of payment being received.  There are no customs fees to pay on any orders under 0.00 USD.
Customs and Customs Clearance
We aim to clear all item through customs whilst in flight to the USA.  Upon clearance they are handed to a US final mile delivery agent.  This is generally UPS or USPS depending on your location in the USA.
Tracking
All items are sent tracked, delivery is generally 7 - 10 working days from shipping.
We offer a no questions asked refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item.  It items are returns not as received they maybe be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.  Cost of return is at the buyers exepense.  In the event of an error in sending Equiflair will cover the cost of return.
How to return an item
1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.
2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller.
The eBay returns process
1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return.
2. Print the provided return postage label.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.
Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
