The Spine area of this pad is composed of SHOCK ABSORBING and TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE GEL on both sides of the panels. The GEL absorbs the shock caused due to Riders Weight or Saddles Movement . It also remains cool during summer and warm during winter thereby ensuring that the horse temperature is well regulated.
The middle layer of this pad is a high grade cushion that does not SIT and the thickness remains as it is even after long use and hence its shock absorbing property is retained for a very long time.
The GEL and the Cushion together eliminate or minimize any existing pressure points. It also molds to the horses back to provide maximum comfort.
The Bottom layer of this pad is made of ANTI-SLIP pebble rubber otherwise known as Tacky Tack. This material provides stability to the saddle through its Anti-Slip feature and is netted for air ventilation. The breathable soft textured material prevents hair collection from the horse and can easily be washed.
Another key feature of this saddle pad is that it has Hook and Loop fastner ties in the gullet area at the front and a nylon pass-through strip around the cinch area to ensure the saddle pad remains put and does not creep out from underneath of the saddle.Cleaning this saddle pad is extremely easy. Just apply soap on both sides and hose it off.

If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase for a credit, exchange, or refund.
However, the item must be in NEW condition, unused.  Before receiving credit, returns will also be inspected by returns department. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Please return the item with the original packaging as well as the Return Packing Slip.  Your return credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.  All return packages must be trackable for the safety of both the customer and the business.  Shipping costs are refundable only if the issue lies on the fault of Hilason Saddles. For all other instances, the buyer pays for return shipping.  We will not assume responsibility for lost shipments.
