This English-style pad is a real beauty! The top surface (directly under the saddle) is a polyester-cotton twill. The surface that makes contact with the horse is a soft-piled, heavy gauge flannel. In between is a felt-like needle punch padding. The result is an ideal thickness that's comfortable, durable, and breathable. We do all the quilting ourselves and we use only first quality materials. It's bound with a twill binding and a truly beautiful piping."
