    Description

    Shop smart with BlurryRobot!  We believe this little brass ring is from Toledo, Ohio, as we obtained it with a collection of thimbles and other small metal articles of the 1910s to 1930s, whose origin was from various towns in Ohio and Pennsylvania, when it could be determined.  It appears to be made of brass formed with recesses, with the recesses filled with paint, and the raised parts (originally) polished and left natural brass color.  Probably cast.  It's quite small and will only fit rather tiny figures (like the porcelain finger we have it posed on for this photo).  It's also tapered for some reason.
