A fine cello bow by W.Ernst, Switzerland, ca. 1975.
A good cello bow made by W.Ernst, ca. 1975. The stick is medium brown pernambuco, octagonal in shape, very strong with excellent balance. It is  branded "W. ERNST". The frog is ebony and silver, the button is ebony with two silver rings. This is a very nice professional bow, very well made by the maker that was working for Finkel in Switzerland. The bow is in excellent (like new) condition.
The weight of the bow is 79.5 g and the length of the stick is
70.2 cm.
