Description
Here is a prop alike electric mixer made by Dormeyer of Chicago, circa 1940s. An identical one to this was used in the famous Three Stooges comedy movie, "Heavenly Daze," 1948...all about a "fountain pen that writes under whipped cream." This hilarious slapstick is classic Three Stooges at its best. The mix master begins slinging whipped cream all over the place. Hitting guests in the face, etc. Filled with laughs galore! In the film, they've removed the name plate and enlarged the on-off switch so it's more visible on camera. For those of you who are Three Stooges fans, "whoop whoop whoop..." This is the ultimate Three Stooges movie memorabilia, yet at a fraction of the cost! Again this is a prop alike and was not used in the actual film but is the same brand and model made by Dormeyer mixers which was used in this famous episode. Includes three beautiful milk glass nesting bowls as pictured. The mixer still works! Mixer blades oxidized slightly, but would clean up easily with steel wool. I want to leave the mixer just as I found it. All you need is some fresh whipping cream and you can be one of the Three Stooges yourself! Google my name, Barry Barsamian, and you'll read about my many exhibits about Hollywood over the years. I can't keep everything forever, and now is the time to send some fun Hollywood memorabilia out into the hands of a deserving collector such as yourself! All sales final. Shipping is based on buyers location. Good luck and happy bidding!
