2 piece 58" pool cue

I will do my best to describe this, as I do not play pool.  I was given this as a gift many years ago and never used it.
This is a 2-piece (screw on) pool cue.
It actually measures out at ~58 1/2" in length, and on the postal scale weighs 1lb 2oz;
The handle is a very nice burgundy and black finish and it APPEARS to have INLAID tan and gold features.  As I said, I looked hard at it and it appears to be inlaid.
The stick also appears to be new (see tip picture).
There is no manufacture listed that I could find.
