Vintage Electronics, software and media are always listed "AS IS" due to their age. I can offer no guarantees with any vintage items of this nature. Occasionally I list items from my own my collection, which are very well cared for. But even items well cared for may succumb to the passage of time. If an item is tested I list what I know in the description, including its level of functionality. Any flaws I notice are promptly noted. My listings are always described to the best of my ability with no item misrepresented on purpose.

New items if they are "OPENED" cannot be returned. If an exception is made you will only be eligible for a partial refund for the item. Since the value is now decreased. I reserve the right to charge a small fee to cover my expenses.

Returns are not accepted except under special circumstances.
Returns that are deemed valid the "Buyer" is responsible for return shipping.
If shipping damage occurs the "Buyer" shall bring forth a claim to the carrier service used.

Depending on my schedule I typically take my packages to the post offices within 3 days of the purchase date.
