    Here it is folks, the real deal. This is a an original 1953 Gibson Les Paul Standard. The second year of production. All original (to my knowledge) except for the 60s tune o matic bridge and shorter tailpiece.
    This guitar is a stunner, it plays and sounds just like you dream a vintage Les Paul should. It’s in remarkable shape for its age with some wear and checking, the frets look good with not much wear. The original case is in good condition as well.
    Pot codes date to the 20th week of 1953. It includes a matching Gibson BR6 amp
    that was bought as a pair from the original owner. (I don’t have a sales receipt for this, but that was what the man’s son told me). Asking ,500
