These two very early AMI paper items show the circa 1930 selective model they had introduced at that time.
The jukebox operator would type the song titles on these blank sheets and make sure one was in each food menu at the restaurant location.
These Music Menus measure 5.5 by 8.5 inches. These are original items and date from about 1929-1930.
